Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing Jabre Kutie Kutz LLC, Appointments are by request only and must be reviewed and confirmed before you come to the salon. Please do not arrive until you receive a confirmation. A $20 non-refundable deposit is required to book and will be applied towards your service once your appointment is approved. Pending deposits are not charged unless your booking is confirmed. If declined, the pending charge will not be processed, and you're welcome to submit a new request. Please bring proof of a current rabies vaccination. No proof = No Service. Drop off Late Policy: • 10 minutes late: $10 fee • 15 minutes late: $20 fee • 30 minutes late: Appointment canceled Cancellation Policy: • $20 fee for no-shows or last-minute cancellations. • More than one no-call/no-show will result in refusal of future services. • Only 1 reschedule is allowed. Additional reschedules require a $20 fee •Pick up Late Policy: Clients are given a 30-minute grace period beginning when they are notified that their pet is ready for pickup. Late Pickup Fee: After the 30-minute grace period, a $15 late pickup fee will be charged for every additional 30 minutes the pet remains at the salon. Please Be Prompt: Timely pickups help us maintain our grooming schedule, accommodate other clients, and ensure a smooth operation. We do not service the following large breeds: Golden Retrievers, German Shepherds, Caucasian Shepherds, Leonbergers, Bernese Mountain Dogs, Saint Bernards, Great Pyrenees, and Tibetan Mastiffs.
