Cancellation Policy
All pet owners must bring proof of up to date rabies vaccination form to their appointment NO EXCEPTIONS. We do not groom any dogs that doesn’t have its rabies vaccine check to be sure dates are up to date and not expired before you arrive. a 20$ NON-REFUNDABLE Deposit‼️is required to book an appointment. This deposit is a partial payment towards your service. if you're more than 10 mins late a late fee of 10$ will be added 15 mins late 20$ added 30 mins late appointment will be canceled. 15$ cancellation fee for any no-shows or last minute cancellations! Customers aren't allowed to have no more than one No Call No show and they will no longer be provided service. no more than one reschedule or you will be subject to pay an additional 20$ to receive service. Large breed dogs I don’t do: Golden retriever, German shepherd, Caucasian shepherd, Leonberger Bernese mountain dog, Saint Bernard Great Pyrenees, Tibetan mastiff
