Cancellation Policy
Thank you for your interest in booking with us Please note that we operate by appointment only all appointments must be reviewed and confirmed before you come to the shop. When you submit a booking request, your appointment is not automatically approved. You will receive a confirmation from us once your requested date and time have been reviewed Please wait for this confirmation before making plans to visit the shop to avoid any inconvenience please do not arrive at the shop unless you have received a confirmation Any deposit submitted during the booking process will show as "Pending" in your account until your appointment request has been approved. This does not mean the deposit has been processed or accepted yet. Once your appointment is confirmed, the deposit will be approved and applied to your booking. If the appointment is not approved, the pending transaction will not be completed. All pet owners must bring proof of up to date rabies vaccination form to their appointment NO EXCEPTIONS. We do not groom any dogs that doesn’t have its rabies vaccine check to be sure dates are up to date and not expired before you arrive. a 20$ NON-REFUNDABLE Deposit‼️is required to book an appointment. This deposit is a partial payment towards your service. if you're more than 10 mins late a late fee of 10$ will be added 15 mins late 20$ added 30 mins late appointment will be canceled. 15$ cancellation fee for any no-shows or last minute cancellations! Customers aren't allowed to have no more than one No Call No show and they will no longer be provided service. no more than one reschedule or you will be subject to pay an additional 20$ to receive service.
