Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing Jabre Kutie Kutz LLC, Appointments are by request only and must be reviewed and confirmed before you come to the salon. Please do not arrive until you receive a confirmation. A $20 non-refundable deposit is required to book and will be applied towards your service once your appointment is approved. Pending deposits are not charged unless your booking is confirmed. If declined, the pending charge will not be processed, and you're welcome to submit a new request. Please bring proof of a current rabies vaccination. No proof = No Service. Late Policy: • 10 minutes late: $10 fee • 15 minutes late: $20 fee • 30 minutes late: Appointment canceled Cancellation Policy: • $15 fee for no-shows or last-minute cancellations. • More than one no-call/no-show will result in refusal of future services. • Only 1 reschedule is allowed. Additional reschedules require a $20 fee. We do not service the following large breeds: Golden Retrievers, German Shepherds, Caucasian Shepherds, Leonbergers, Bernese Mountain Dogs, Saint Bernards, Great Pyrenees, and Tibetan Mastiffs.
